Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
The majority of our products are shipped through USPS. For in-stock orders, please expect about a 1-3 day processing time for orders to be shipped out. For special order items, the processing time will be longer as they are not currently in stock and are either built to order or shipped from a distributor. For Pre-Orders, we will ship out the item the day that WE receive it. We are not responsible for any delays due to carrier delays or distribution delays.
Returns
The Fine Print
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging if applicable. Please ensure you package returns well to avoid any damage to the item. Damaged items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Our Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us so that we can figure out the best course of action for your order. We strive to process refunds within 3 business days if the item is not required to be returned to us. If the item does need to be returned to us, we will process the refund within 3 days of us receiving the item back. At this time, we do not offer cancellations or refunds on Pre-Order items.
