At MoonlitChaos, we strive to get all your questions answered. Take a look at some of the most common questions that we receive. If you can’t find what you need, let us know and we’ll get back to you shortly.

How long does it take for orders to be processed?

We do our best to ensure all in-stock orders are fulfilled within 3 days of payment. For commissions, processing may vary on the complexity of the artwork, mod, or repair. Special orders are products that are either ordered only when purchased or built to order. These orders will vary on processing time. Pre-Orders will be shipped the same day that WE receive them. We will do everything we can to ensure you're able to enjoy games on release date, however due to possible distribution and shipping delays outside of our control, Pre-Orders may not arrive by the release date.

I have a design for a console in mind but don't see it on your store. Do you do commisions?

Yes! We do accept commissions and the cost is dependent on the artwork, mods, and console that you are commissioning. These consoles are one-of-a-kind (unless you order more!) and made to order. If you are just wanting to commission an art piece, we also do that as well!

Can I make changes to my pre-order?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to make changes to pre-orders. This may change in the future, but as of now, we do not offer changing or cancelling pre-orders. If there is an issue with shipping address, please contact us for support.
